WME sued for alleged contract abuse

WME had a weekend very strange. A number of officers Willam Morris filed a complaint against WME their letters with bad news about their wages. The now employee of Paradigm, ICM and CAA have been told they will not pay them because their new contracts include requests for mitigation. In short, WME has the guys who take more time to their business
the difference between old and new salaries. WME objected and argued that only "some" cases has shown that it is bad news. But the "rogue" agents of the WME assuption trying to devalue their addresses as 70 cents on the dollar with the economic crisis as a possible justification.

And if the poor guys have very little to do but to continue the agency for themselves. They took the famous Bryan Freedman as a lawyer. Mr. Freedman, the complete surprise of WME board had immediately called for arbitration, with MgGuire Executive Tom citing anger over the lack of any form of negotiations.

However, the agency has never stopped paying, and it seems that the imminent threat of wage cuts was a bit premature. The survey on the status of the case is still ongoing, and it remains unclear if WME could really do much in this situation, without which nothing happens, the downdside. Meanwhile, it is the report is still ex-employees in their entirety.
